Rockwell Watches Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Rockwell Watches. Please read below for our return policy.

Regular purchases made directly from Rockwell Watches, whether at, a Rockwell live event, or the Rockwell Watches Flagship Store, may be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value within 14 calendar days and with proof of purchase. No refunds will be given for any reason.

If you received a watch with a problem not covered under the standard warranty (i.e. cosmetic issues) you have 10 calendar days from receipt of the item to file a claim regarding that item. All claims must be sent to within 10 calendar days of proof of delivery.

All sales are final on discount or sale items. No exchanges or refunds.

Authorised Retailers

This Return Policy does not apply to purchases made through authorized Rockwell retail outlets, online or physical. Please refer to their return policy for information regarding your purchase. We cannot accept any returns for purchases made through outside retailers, regardless of their return policy. These purchases, however, are covered under our Warranty Policy. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.

Unauthorised Sales Channels

Rockwell provides no warranty for items purchased through unauthorised channels. Unauthorised channels include, but are not limited to: or other online auction or used-product resellers, discount or wholesale websites or retailers, direct purchases from any person outside of a Rockwell-owned property or authorised retailers. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for all shipping costs for any exchanges, both to and from our warehouse.
